Subsidiaries

The following companies will gradually become Czech Aeroholding's subsidiaries:

• Prague Airport, a. s.

  
  Operates the most important international airport in the Czech Republic, which is the largest one among the new EU Member States at the same time; provides services related to non-airline operations and commerce.

• Czech Airlines a.s.

  
  Provides transportation of passengers on regular flights; it is a flagship carrier of the Czech Republic.

• HOLIDAYS Czech Airlines, a.s.

  
  Provides non-scheduled (charter) flights to attractive tourist destinations, along with special or VIP flights and rental of Czech Airlines fleet’s spare capacities.

• Czech Airlines Handling, a.s.

  
  Provides ground handling or passenger and aircraft handling for many airlines operating flights from Prague / Ruzyne.

• CSA Services, s.r.o.

  
  Provides services in personnel consultancy, job placement, organization of specialized courses and training and other educational activities, resp. telemarketing services.

• Czech Airlines Technics, a.s.

  
  Provides aircraft maintenance and regular certified servicing for many important international air carriers.
